Coulter: “I Go To Church Every Sunday, It’s The Only Approved Way Of Meeting A Good, Married Guy”

Ann Coulter, the conservative author who has been campaigning for Donald Trump, who she believes God is using to save America, stopped by “The Eric Metaxas Show” recently to praise the GOP presidential frontrunner for never dabbling in drugs or alcohol.
When Coulter tried to point to Trump’s teetotalism as proof of his personal virtues, Metaxas interjected: “His vice of choice was adultery.” “Allegedly,” Coulter said with a laugh. “You know where he met Marla Maples?” Coulter said of Trump’s second wife, who was rumored to be his mistress while he was married to his first wife, Ivana. “You know where he met her? I haven’t really followed on his personal story very closely, but he met her in church.”

“And to tell you the truth,” she continued, “that’s not such a bad idea. I mean, let’s face it – the guy is not perfect, we all know that. But, I’m also not going to go so far as to say that he’s the least worst of all the presidential candidates. Now, he does things his own unique way, and that’s fine. And in my book, that’s exactly what he did with Marla, if he indeed did anything at all with her while he was still married to Ivana. He met the woman in a church, for crying out loud. How do you control what happens to your emotions, let alone in a place of worship such as a church? There’s just no fighting it, no denying it. The only thing you can really do is look on the bright side of things and consider that a sign from the Man Upstairs. Trump did that, and I’ll be honest with you – I’d do that, too.”

The conservative, sharp-tongued author also revealed that she’s taken a page from the Trump’s book on the matter: “And you know something else? I’ve also started doing the same. I’ve started going to church every single Sunday, and I’ll give you a hint – it has absolutely nothing to do with my faith. Because, let’s face it – it’s becoming more and more difficult to find a man worthy of a powerful, educated woman these days.”

“You know what they say, ‘all the good men are like toilets – they’re either taken or they’re sh*tty,’” Coulter added. “So I figured I might as well do what Trump did and I started going to church to find myself a good-looking man. Because, these days, that’s the only remaining legitimate way of meeting a good, married guy. A girl’s gotta be resourceful, right? And that’s another thing about gender equality. How is it that Trump was forgiven for what he did? If he was a woman, he’d have been crucified by now. But, I guess boys will be boys. And I’m on the lookout for a boy of my own. So if there’s anybody interested in meeting me out there, you know where to find me. I’ll be waiting.”
