Maine Gov. Paul LePage (R) was accused by a fellow Republican of invoking anti-black stereotypes while discussing heroin sales during a town hall earlier this week, the Portland Press-Herald reported. “These are guys with the name D-Money, Smoothie, Shifty,” LePage allegedly said on Wednesday. “These types of guys….they come from Connecticut and New York, they come up here, they sell their heroin, they go back home. Incidentally, half the time they impregnate a young, white girl before they leave, which is a real sad thing because then we have another issue we have to deal with down the road.”
Commenting on his alleged statement, LePage told media outlets, “What would you have me do? Would you prefer I stood by and did nothing? Or would you support me when it comes to doing my job, which includes making sure our children are safe from drug traffickers? And when it comes to race, I really don’t know what everybody’s complaining about. It’s a known fact that 90% of drug dealers in the U.S. are African-Americans, and that’s not a wild guess, it’s an official statistic, and a sad one, at that.”
LePage also added that he agrees with real estate billionaire Donald Trump’s suggestion that a wall should be built along the southern border of the United States to prevent illegal immigration. “In fact, I’ve given it a lot of thought and I think that’s the best solution for this country, especially if Mexico is, indeed, forced to pay for it,” he said. “But then I got to thinking: if it works for an entire country, which it undoubtedly will, why wouldn’t it work for a single state?”
LePage added, “I’m thinking we need a wall around Maine. A wall that’s going to stop all those drug dealers from Connecticut and New York and other states from invading Maine and getting all those white girls pregnant. And here’s the best part: because it was Mexico that sent all those illegal immigrants here to disrupt our economy and way of life, I propose we force the states of Connecticut and New York to pay for the wall around Maine.”
“More specifically,” the Maine Gov. continued, “I think New York and Connecticut should introduce a special tax statewide that only targets black people living within state borders. After all, because it’s black drug dealers that are wreaking havoc among white girls from Maine, it’s only fair that black people should deal with the consequences.”
“And if they object,” LePage added, “we’ll just deport them back to Africa. We don’t need them here anyway.”

I just got paid $6784 working off my laptop this month. And if you think that’s cool, my divorced friend has twin toddlers and made over $9k her first month. It feels so good making so much money when other people have to work for so much less. This is what I do, go to tech tab for work detail,
