In his latest syndicated column, Pat Buchanan whole-heartedly agrees with Donald Trump’s claim that the election will be “rigged” against him, writing that the “system” is in fact rigged against “white men.” “…When did the country vote to convert the America we grew up in into the Third World country our descendants will inherit in 2042? In the Civil Rights Act of 1964, a Congressional majority voted to end discrimination against black folks. When did we vote to institute pervasive discrimination against white folks, especially white males, with affirmative action, quotas and racial set-asides?” he wrote, among other things.
Interviewed by ABC News, the political commentator argued that the Founding Fathers are “probably rolling over in their graves” while watching what’s being done to the country they gave their lives for. “This is a disgrace, there’s really no other way to put it. We’ve gone from being the leaders of the world and a powerhouse in every sense of the word after World War II to being the dumpsite for anyone who’s trying to escape their native country for whatever reason. And the biggest problem with all that is the fact that most of those escapees are of some other race,” he opined.
Buchanan went on to argue that the damage liberals have done to the United States of America is “far greater” than anything a 9/11 or any other terrorist attack could have caused. “What we’re faced here is the systematic, highly-organized implosion of our country that’s being spearheaded by the liberals who aim to bury everything traditional Americans find appealing about this country,” he said. “I used to be proud to be an American. Today, I’m almost ashamed. I say almost because there’s still plenty of fight left in me, and as long as I draw breath, illegal immigrants will not call this country home.”
He continued, “Our founding fathers created this country to be the greatest country in the world and they based it on the principle of white governance. That means that the white man was bred to rule, not be equal to other races. Instead, what he have today is the exact opposite, which is a black president, legal same-sex marriage, and everybody bitching about how they’re being oppressed by the white man. It’s as if we’re trapped in a parallel universe where everything is upside-down, I can’t offer any other explanation.”
“All I know is, if George Washington were to rise from his grave right now and witness the state his country is in, I would be ashamed to look him in the eyes and tell him that his beloved United States of America is a pale shadow of its former self. I simply wouldn’t have the guts or the decency to do that to him. It would be more humane to dig up his dead body and leave it to the f*cking crows,” he concluded.
