A Texas Republican is taking heat for referring to Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton as the “C-word” in a post on Twitter that was quickly removed – but only after screenshots were already taken. In a tweet posted Tuesday afternoon, Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller, a Republican statewide office holder, noted a recent poll showing GOP nominee Donald Trump leading. Miller wrote, “Pennsylvania: New Auto Alliance poll. Trump 44, C**t 43, Go, Trump, Go.”
After folks on Twitter raised a firestorm about the tweet in question, it was deleted. However, when Miller was asked to explain his offensive comment by KnowMyRepublicans.org, he didn’t even attempt to defend himself. “I don’t give a damn about the fact that godless liberals think I was being offensive,” he said rudely. “I’m an American born and raised in the United States of America, not the United States of political correctness. I have the right to state my mind without being oppressed and nobody can tell me what I can or can’t say as a free citizen of this country.”
“And therein lies the main problem with the modern American society – we’re too damn worried about whether or not somebody irrelevant is going to take offense because of something we said that we can’t see past our nose when it comes to solving problems and getting the job done,” he argued. “Liberals have run this country into the ground and made what was once a towering giant with huge cojones into a cowardly cat that hides in the corner. Well, that stops today.”
Obviously brimming with confidence, and perhaps some other artificial stimuli, Miller also said that people are “misguided” when it comes to Hillary Clinton’s capability to run this country the way it’s supposed to be. “You know, I can proudly say I’ve had a long and prosperous life. My time is almost upon me and on this occasion, I’d like to share an ounce of life’s wisdom that I learned on my very skin. This is something that’s been tried and tested in practice many times over and something y’all ain’t gon’ find in no book.”
“And the great truth I’m referring to is this: there are a lot of things that c**ts are made for; however, running a country, especially one as powerful as the United States of America, isn’t one of them. I’m sorry to have to say it, I’m a man and I’m all for the freedom of c**ts of all shapes, sizes and colors, but that’s about as far as I’m willing to go in my quest to take a page from the liberals’ handbook. The Republicans were the ones who made this country great; if it were up to the liberals, we’d be sitting right now and having this very conversation in Great Britain. Think about that,” he opined.
“And the end of the day, c**ts just don’t have the rigidity and firmness that’s needed to handle the kind of responsibility that comes with presiding over our great country. Brass is the only thing that gets the job done here – trust me, I speak from experience,” Miller concluded.
